Collective Interchange provides a co-operative structure that brings people together to collaborate, identify community needs, and apply their expertise in meaningful ways. We support innovative, cost-effective solutions that respond to complex, multi-stakeholder challenges while strengthening communities.

Our work is guided by co-operative values and principles. In addition, we are guided by adult education, community economic development, and social justice principles. We value integrity, continuous improvement, and innovation, ensuring our work remains responsive and aligned with the communities we serve.
